Delivery Information

 

Most purchases are shipped from our midwest warehouse and should arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of order. In an event of a delay, a customer service representative will notify you. 
 
Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same package.
 
ONLY small items will be shipped internationally. Large furniture or large items will NOT be shipped due to very high shipping charges.
 
Home at Sea wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 30 days of receipt for a re-stocking fee. You will need to submit a return authorization form for each return. This form can be obtained by emailing us at sales@homeatsea.com. Click here for our complete return policy.
 
 
Due to the weight and size of certain items (i.e. furniture), there may be extra shipping charges. These 
charges are in parentheses next to the price of the items.

DAMAGES:
 
We make every effort to prevent damages from happening during shipments. Should any damages occur during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and a claim will be filed with the shipping company. Please save all packaging and broken items until you hear otherwise from Home At Sea International, Inc. 
 
 
PRICING:
 
We use standard UPS pricing to calculate shipping costs.
